Like other tile sellers they faced challenges around the conversion between boxes containing a specific number of tiles and the required meters squared (m2) required by the customer. Careful calculation needs to be made to ensure that customers receive the correct number of whole boxes of product for their project while also allowing for wastage. This requirement along with a website migration, integrations and a very large product catalogue required a robust inventory management system.
Solution: Implement and introduce an advanced inventory management system that integrates with Xero and their online store.
