Brief:  G.W. Tractors is a new and used tractor and bulldozer parts dealer located in Victoria and Queensland. They offer a very large selection of parts and what they don’t have on hand they are able to source domestically or overseas.

• Offers servicing for Fiat tractor and bulldozers

• Also purchase whole tractors and bulldozers to wreck for parts

 

G.W. Tractors had been in business for a very long time and decided to upgrade their traditional local-install internal business systems that had been in place for some time. Traditional software often doesn’t integrate well or at all with modern accounting software and other cloud-based services. Challenges involving data records and the synchronising of their business and product data between their multiple locations were present.

 

Solution: Implement and introduce an advanced inventory management system that integrates with Xero.

 

• Extract data from their existing system, restructure and import into the new system

Despite a very complex product, customer and supplier data migration process that completely transformed the data from its original state, we were able to tap into our extensive experience to avoid serious complications that can arise from such an activity. We developed new business processes and training for inter-state stock transfers, international freight, advanced reporting and much more.
